Junior's concert.

the day i've been looking forward to all week. why? it's YSSB's mini concert by the junior band! (or, main band...rather)

wanted to perform together with them initially, but i didn't get to attend the practices. went together with ama, heyaati and fian. just us. =(

helped a lil with the ushering and mstan assigned us as photographers. felt good to be surrounded by my bandees. i miss band sfm! yes, the band who performed may be about 70% of the whole band and it may be small, but it's okay. as long as they can do well and maintain YSSB's reputation, it's all good.

can't wait for SYF 2011! =D

Siglap and AICB came down as well. the performance was fairly short and easy pieces were played. i know it may be boring for the Siglap and AICB members, but the look on the parents faces...priceless. they'd nvr felt any proud-er.

helped out and hung out at chongpang with the bandees. and syazwan treated us alumni to ice kacang! HAHA. he got tricked lol, thanks anyway. and, thanks nicola, for the meal! :D

i miss the band alot. i wished we had a serious alumni band. :( k, whatever it is, i'm so there for band camp. :3

for the first time during biology, i felt so pressured and lost.

at first, it seemed easy and straight forward but the terms, processes and what nots made it all so confusing.

sigh. what a drag.

long weekend coming up. lookin forward to it! friday is Hari Raya Haji and on saturday, hope the YSSB gathering planned by MsTan and Lixin goes on. but many aren't able to make it. =(

everytime i see/hear Ms Tan's name...i feel so goddamn guilty. i was supposed to send her the band photos for the yearbook but....my computer crashed. BOCORRR RAHSIAAAKUUU

so on Sunday, i went for YSSB's band bbq at no-other-place, Semb park because it rocks, it's near and its a tradition. (L)

met ama and fian in the shuttle bus from khatib to SSC. from SSC, we took a bus to semb intv. MUAHAHAH. yeahhhh. we're cheapos. we wanted to save on transport you see. ^^

once we reached semb park, memories came flooding in. those days when shahid fell down the slope and broke his arm, played games at the playground with the sand, skipping rope behind the toilet and all. luckily the BBQ was at semb park. SEMB PARK PWNS!

so good to see the members and also many new faces. the sec1s mainly. and the usuals. wahhh, felt so good! the food were aplenty and the children(lol i wanna copy hyukkie cannot ah?) looked so happy grilling meat and what not.

a big thank you to the seniors who contributed the $$ for the food and all, for organising this BBQ which i believe is a success, for working it all on your own without the help of the teachers and conductors... YOU GUYS DESERVE INTERNET COOKIEZ!

and guess what. the number of kpop fans from 3(me, ama, hyattt) increased to...IDK HOW MANY. kim hyung joon here, kara there, wondergirls here, WGM there... WOWZA. madness. hyatt was telling me how the whole school is crazy over Nobody, Gu Junpyo, Kim Bum and blabla. im like, bitch przzz~

played a game which has, "oomchichi oomchi teukie teukie tongka tongka!" which was taught by shahid. IT WAS SO COOOOOL because teukie's innit. crap, i wanna play it again. also, played dog and bone WHICH I FELL HARD ON MY BUTT IT STILL HURTS, A LIL. but its all for the team yo. muahahaha.

packed up and went for macD's with joanne, hyatt, fiz and fian. camwhored and hung out. i miss hanging out at NP's macD where we'll just eat a cone for hours. haha.

fian's gonna book into the police-acad/camp this friday. fast huh. ahah he and ama were competing who'll get married first. lolllzx.

SYF 2009

met fen, fiiz, fiz and fian at Khatib. as usual, sume janji melayu. cakap kol 7, naik train kol 7.30. today, 3rd April. the day of truth. MOE SYF Central Judging for Concert Bands. YSSB was playing Overture No.1 and In The Winter of 1730 for their set and choice piece respectively.

met other yssb ex snrs including YT, JingJing, Fadil and Amirah and headed to the hall. YSSB's the first band right after the first interval. Yuhua Band was simply, breath taking. the piece was dramatically played. it was very fun to watch.

after the break, went outside to meet my dear YSSB band. everyone, almost everyone got this, "Omg-we-are-so-screwed-shit-we're-gonna-play-soon!" face. well, it is inevitable. it was time for them to tune, and we seniors went back to the hall.

percussionists were setting up their instruments, putting them in place. i cant help but to worry, about how they'd turn out. the band then went on stage and took their seat. the announcer read out the pieces they'll play and such.

to me, it was really, good. totally diffrent from what i hear during practices. like, 2 diffrent bands? haha. the magic of the concert hall. maybe i wasnt listening attentively enough to spot mistakes or whatsoever. except when i heard the recording again, yeah....jiwon lost the tempo. 관차나! you're not the reason why we got a Bronze okay, Ji Won!

im sure the band gave their all. during the announcement of the results and when we learnt that we got a Bronze, most of the members just clapped in agony. their faces were just moodless. not even a smiling member.

i guess we've all expected a silver since the beginning. well, NBC and SYF indeed are 2 seperate and independent competition. the bus ride back to school was very...dead.

upon reaching school, everyone settled..few talks by teachers and leaders and we left for lunch, FamilyFeastA baby! thanks ms tan! and Gisselle! or issit Giselle? haha. you can never eat in peace with hafiiz, sufian and hafiz. tsk. went back for speechday and camwhored in the music
room.

this has been a very lengthy post. haha. well, im sorry imma long winded person. i just like to go in detail about imporant dates. guess imma hop to the yssband.bs right now.

instead of doing the usual on tuesdays...i went for band. looks like i'll be going back to YSS often these days since their SYF is drawing nearer.

met ama and we walked to school, to save on filthy adult fares on transport. blurggggh. met hafiiz and headed for sectionals. walked around and heard the flutes before meeting my brasses. saw adrian conducting them. he sure got what it takes... if only he wasn't that much of a playful boy.

took the trombones for sectional since Jia Jun(yeah, the china boy) had to play this particular part in Winter so had to teach home from scratch tonguing, tempo, beats, rhythm. it was pretty tough because he couldn't understand what tempo was. either he played fast or no. he always plays a note ahead. T_T

the band then went to the hall since the principal wanted to hear them. most performing arts groups were in the hall. drama, malay dance and band. april's the time for SYF! haha. can't wait.

mr pan took them for both set and choice piece and it sounded pretty decent. good enough to achieve a silver. hope they get to sustain a silver this year! im pretty sure. they just gotta do a last minute polish on everything and play as usual and yeah.

the canteen was full with kids just now at like. 7.45? idk why there were many kids around. night class perhaps. eh? night class don't start in term 1! saw familiar faces. uhhh.

walked home with ama and doing the usual on wednesday and i got a date with mother! we're going handphone hunting. YESS AHHHHH!

so today i became a good alumni and WALKED to school at freakin 2pm when it was scorching hottttt. ergh. met my dear buddies microscopic_fiiz and horneh_fian_90. hafiz_sc_abg-berg was late.

was so haaaappy to be back in band. and the band have matured tremendously. compared to my and previous batches. they really, seem like a new band. tt's great.

helped the new china dude with the pieces and i guess if the other 2 cant help him, i'll try to come and help out despite the language barrier.

the 3 of us went to take a look at the speechday rehearsal and there was this ultra cool and funny formation made by the UG people. gahh, i wanna be at YSS during SpeechDay. aha.

left early for work. walked home again in the hotttttt sun. in ultra speed. had a quick lunch and left for work. i hate it when it gets all quiet, and no one using the machine and then all of a sudden, POOF! PEOPLE START SWARMING IN! ergh.

k, imma go watch tacitaria at Esplanade tmr for the Baybeats Audition. so, whoever's coming down....SEE YOU THERE. kbye. siak ah, kol 1 siaaah dorg peform. nak tidooooo.

a new chapter

today. the day where my family (except brother) left for kampung leaving me alone at home for a night. the day where my dlsr wasnt really being used. haha. also the day where YSSB, created another history.

so as usual. we shall all start chronologically. was late when meeting fiiz and gang at khatib. ahhaa. erps. girls. I COULDNT DECIDE WHAT SHOE TO WEAR! egh. plus my belt was such a bitch.

once at raffles. we reached like 20mins earlier than the meeting time. so we had breakfast at macDs. :D it was nice sitting down, having a pleasant, hearty breakfast with the bandees. i really miss hanging out, spending quality time laughing together and all. haha.

met everyone at raffles namely: ME AMA FADIL FIIZ FIAN NORA JM MOHAN YIYIN HUILING GEORGINA MANDY's gang. yeah. rushed to VCH bcus we wanted to see Mr Ong's band, CCK sec.

reached VCH. saw faisal and his aicb gang. then the competition started. hmm. most bands played their pieces pretty well i must say and some. FLAWLESS. tssssk. i really do wonder how these bands do it. we're all the same. every band. every section. every guy, every girl. every instrument. but just how do they do it? practice? practice till you go sick? gees. i wish i could understand how's life of a TKGSSB girl. would be interesting!

right after the interval. we exseniors hearts were beating as their turn to shine on stage would be coming pretty soon. snapped some shots despite that photography wasn't allowed. tsk. so yeaaah. then after awhile. IT WAS THEIR TURN. YSSB'S TURN. omggggsh.

i was taken aback at their wonderful playing. i wouldn't dare say twas flawless bcus there were mistakes. but hey, its all over! im so proud of my trombone section. they weren't fantabulous but they were just right. i bet everyone left the stage with no regrets. we exseniors sitting down were soooooooo irritated that the current yssb batch could play so well!

fadil: if they happen to get a gold, im gonna scream, "oi! deaf issit!?!!" to the judges.

HAHAHAHA. all of us knew that for sure will be a silver. idk why when we all gathered to say a few stuffs. most of the people were sad. gees. cheer up laaaaa. aiyoh. so yeah.

then was AI's performance. they did pretty well too! i think ai has a thing for alto sax solos. ahaha. thats like the only thing i undeniably remembered. correct me if im wrong, fellow aicb-s. haha.

it was kinda weird. not seeing you there in that particular spot. so weird that someone else had taken your place. im so used to seeing you there, but...

MOVING ON... had 2hrs interval. then stayed till the results. honestly. it was sooooo irritating that most of the marches like Washington's Post, St. Petersburg March was repeated like 95485times? ahha. yeah. sooo annoying that some of us slept.

then. the time everyone was anticipating for. THE RESULTS. *please give the judges some time to delibrate their scores.* - sooo ANTM.

then the emcee was, "YISHUN SECONDARY. not yishun town ah. [k, nt funny]. a score of seventy-two percent. SILVER!" i was like. LJDGLKDHGSLKJD WOAH. NO WAYAHHAAHAHAH WE WERE SCREAMING AND BLABLABLA. i love results.

im kinda proud of yssb. all their months and months of hard work had paid off. im glad. im content. really. they managed to maintain the silver. i was expecting a bronze. honestly. i was like, "duh, they'll get a bronze." THEY SURE PROVED ME WRONG.

hahaa. stayed for division1. and TP's band was great! they got a gold laaa! OPWO's toccata was actually nice to me. but. idk. fian said they deserved a silver. ahaa. idk. then. TKGS took my breath away. tsssssssssssssk. i can not imagine 70 odd girls in green with gold trimmings playing such powerful song. well. they're labelled as: "Best Sec Sch Band" anyway. haha. highest gold, so... good for you guys. you lived up to your name.

but really funny how happiness can become a scary thing. hahaa. so yeh. the fireworks after exiting VCH was such a great way to end the day. i had a great time, honestly.

this has been a lengthy post. idk how many bother to read these. fyi: i got a dictionary by my side. thats why. timecheck:0032hrs. tsk. alone at home. goodnight lovelies!

haha cute la the song. so anyway. today went back to band with fian and fiiz. goshhh. i miss them so much la! wasted ama wasnt with us. she was at home, doing idk what.

so we just entered. haha. the guards were like, "ehh!? what are these kids doing? aiyoh.." made our way up and we heard yssb playing silvercrest. which, sounded really decent! was really suprised by their big sound, despite the small size.

entered during their break and mrpan was like, "hey! how are you? i've only met you once right?" ahha i thought he forgotten. well anyway. after the break they played in the winter. and in the winter definitely needed more practice.

ah. im kinda dissapointed with methilda. well. idk. its been quite awhile since i visited the band and she's still the same person. i doubt she improved. she's suppose to play high Bb, but she played F. she's suppose to play G, she played Eb. and the weird thing was. THEY SOUNDED THE SAME! omggg. G is in the 4position and Eb is in the 3rd position. omggg. methilda!!

well if you're reading this, im sorry to say all out but im serious! you're not improving. idk if its your senior, hayati but i believe she is doing a good job. ah. whatever it is. this is your first, big,major competition. you're gonna be a senior next year. teaching your juniors. so yeah. please... buck up. ;)

so yeah. i cant believe the sec2s are having their camp 3 days before NBC! omg. this is a disaster. whyyy oh why did they hold the camp on these dates. gosh. if i was a sec2 kid, i'll be having a hard time choosing. unless i consider myself 'good' like shawn or whoever i'll go for the camp. if i think im a lousy player and willing to sacrifice the 3 days of camp to improve my playings, i'll skip camp.

haha. do whatever you think thats right okay.

might be going back to band tmr to help ard with sectionals. haha. at least i got some things to do rather than laze around at home.

ah. my wetseal items are all OOS. shit. i guess i'll just get 1 graphic tee and get the rest of the cash refunded and get myself a hoodie at delias. yeaaaaaah. that'll b sweet. I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN A FREDFLARE AND D&G SPREE! i missed the D&G spree.

hello! so chiang mai was magnificent. certain stuffs took my breath away. okay, now i'll start chronologically okay!

14th November, Wednesday
woke up, and it was raining. raining heavily! i was thinking hard for a while of how to get to school cause ama wanted me to meet her at her house and take the bus there. BUT theres no way im gonna pull my 10kg luggage. so sister decided to call for a cab to school. had to pay extra 6 for surcharge. dang spore is so expensive to live in.

so cabbed to school and waited for everyone + gahter + head count and that was when i got real upset + moody. bcus i was seperated with the bandees and was in the bus with the d'lite and dance grp. urgh. was sooooo moody thruout the journey to airport.

as soon as we reached there, i was so glad to see them! ahaa. well, the band members are everything to me. :D:D so received our boarding pass which was my first one FYI. ahah so excited when i held it in my hands. hhaa. checked in our luggage and entered te departure hall.

i was reluctant to check in first bcus the girls were suppose to come! i was looking out for them till i saw zul running. signalled them and we took a picture and i had to enter alrd. tho it ws a short meeting, i rili appreciate it!

then after an hour of waiting, we were ready to enter the plane. to my suprise, i got my window seat! and im sitting with fatimah! ahah. cool seh. the plan ride was scary + amazing. haha. when it was acceleratin up, it like we were thrown back. and the air pressure was so jkfdnhfd my ears hurt the first time. hha. the steward and stewardess were friendlyyyy. haha thais are very nice people.

so we landed at bangkok, board another plane to chiang mai. transit la kaaan. so reached chiang mai at about 7pm where kakya and ama(small) lost their luggage. rili scary lor to have lost the luggage. after clarifications, their luggge were left at bangkok's airport. tsk2.

had dinner and went to the hotel. Suriwongse hotel that is. room: 433. syairah as roomate. so first impression once we reached on the 4th floor was "omg. this sucks." it was so dim! badly lit. scary ahh. entered the room. twas okay la. not much facilities. urgh.

had a gd night sleep.

15th November, Thursday
fyi, the timing there is 1hr earlier than Spore. woke up at 6.30 thanks to sya. haha cause i can nvr wake up myself. :p

had breakfast. just ate buns and salads. then off to the Elephant Camp. had an elephant show which was cool! their paintings are so nice. + they played soccer. i took a photo with 2 elephants where they hugged me with their trunks. which was so scary! and geli and...nice! haha.

then went to orchird and butterfly farm. the orchirds were beautiful! can nvr see any huge orchirds here locally.

then was the Hmong Noi Village up some mountain. the weather there was approx. 15-20degrees? somewhat like the air con. haha very cool too. had yummy packed lunch with a great view of terraces (plantations). then we walkd up a slope for some video on a royal project in this vilage. they had all kinda vegetations which was kinda cool. hydroponics, terraces, bunds = geography. haha.

dinner at Al-Farooq restaurant. cool right. had tom yum, at last. hohoho. then proceeded to the night bazaar. i shopped alot! lemme state them:

dress, tshirts, tray, table rnner, purse, bag, snow cap, leather purse, fisherman pants, boxers, thai silk shirt for father, polo tee and i guess that's all.

my hands were so tired from all that shopping. haha. had an early night.

16th November, Friday
wen to the Doi Suthep temple which can only be accomplished after climbing 300over steps. yeap. tiring. but worth it. the view was breathtakin! the temple was sorta built on a mountain? well, chiangmai has numerous mountains. hoho. so the viewing gallery overlooked the whole of chiangmai i suppose. + clouds! ahha. walked ard, rang bells, licked icecreams, camwhored. hohoho.

then went to leather factory where i fell in love with this green square cow skin bag. sugoiiii! from 700, the person willing to give 400bahts. sadly, i was left with only 600. hah. then went to the jewellery factory. saw them making rings! anothr cool thing. their jewellery show room was so sparkling! i looooove the diamonds there. then we went to a thai silk factory. my fear was to see those silk worms. but i passed by it and quickly entered the show room. dang their kain songket/thai silk was pretty! i could make sooo many bajukurung+kebayas! twas so shiny + the coraks were beautiful. hah!

then had dinner + went for last shopping with ama and fiiz at the bazaar again. our legs hurt after idk how many rounds of shopping. haha. then had a party at ama's room. just a party among me, fiiz and ama. tho we were suppose to go to zair's room for hotopic. ahh! pe jek la.

then heard unhealthy stories abt ppl. tsk! *aku masih ketat* haha. so went back to my room, packed my luggage with sya's help and fell asleep while watching tv. ah.

17th November, Saturday
woke up slightly late. when i woke up, sya was alrd putting on her tudong. haha. so had breakfast and checked outta hotel. kinda miss it but nah! so went to some orphanage. the kids were so cute! but sad to see them in thi plight. no parents, no family.. damn. played ard with the kids. aha. so adorable! bid goodbye and had lunch.

bus2 (drama n dace) driver was so cute! hhaa. pity didnt take a pic with him. haha. drove to ChiangMai International Airport. bid gdbye to Pat, our guide for the trip.haha. then had dairy queens blzzard and used the comp. there. plus played the BangBang game. -_-

to bangkok and back to singapore. EH THIS PART I UPDATE TMR. K BYE TIRED. THO I SLEPT THE WHOL DAY JUST NOW.

school was mundane. blblabl. english prelims tmr. oh my, oh dear. hmm is ANTM alrd airing on ch5? then maybe i'll study while watching teevee.

skipped night class today since had no company. boo. its okay. i miss spending my wed night at home. WTHHH.

oh yah, just now mstan made and announcement for all bandmembers to gather outside staff room. there were so many sec1s gitu. some of them ive nvr seen before for practice. and the stupid junior of mine who skipped idk practice still had the cheek to come. urgh, juniors.

wah beh mcm so excited gitu sia! mr nonami coming again for their holiday practice. wah then the sec2s and 3s get to go for the japan workshop. like me, last time. woo. at acsi i think. gerek sia! then came the part abt the yr-end trip. wootz! but she dk wher we're going. she said all the performing arts people travelling together. WHAAAAAT THE HEELLLL BARRR BEEE QUEEE OHH MYY GOOSSHHH ZZZ! totally omg la. wait, its i think one cause i wasnt listening cause too excited meeting haizair and gang! i miss the bandgeeks!

lessons were fine. nightclass, only me fad and atyra came. fadil joined us too. but he did his own stuff. we were busy practising oral and we actually studied abit and gossiped to end it all. bought bubble tea and dropped by songsong awhile.

i heard the stories about band. how sad is it? YSSB is really pathethic now. i cant believe that the juniors were the mastermind. as from what i was told.. im utterly dissapointed and embarassed. i dont think that theres anything else that could be done to change their mind.

the juniors have lost respect for the seniors, i assume. and my dear trombone year1 juniors. please? go and memorise the Bb scale? if only i was still in the band. argh. everything changes. for a reason???

i miss so many people. and these people had changed alot over the period of time. if only things were like the past. nothing would go wrong.

after school, i went for junior band practice. im very dissapointed with the sec1s. well, what ever happened to their sweet talks that they'll practice hard enough or what so ever? tsk. one by one, leaving. reason not to attend band: LAZY, FAMILY PROBLEM, PROJECT or whatever lame, used before excuse. come on lah. go find a better excuse and enlighten me can?

also, im really really dissapointed in my trombone juniors. idk what is the exact reason they joined band. tsk. if they really didn't like it, they should have quit long ago! urggggh. now, methilda is the only saviour. hehhh. idk what else to say already.

rushed home and went for night class. funnehhh. we were talking about the times in sec1 and 2. woohoo!

okay bio test tmr. aiyek. what elseee eh. FNN Courswork B submission; ergh. probably going to the hospital tmr. my brother went under the knife at 5am. tsktsk and came out at 10am. haha madness!! guess he's fine.

hello! im gonna start with day 1. =)

Day 1, 11 Dec.

met up with fian, fadil, hafiz at mac northpoint at 6am to have breakfast. =) and walked to school. we were alrd late. aha. the other band members were alrd carrying the instruments down. lol. aha.

and soon we bid farewell to singapore and made our way to tuas checkpoint. my bus was bus2. with the brass and percussion section only. wheeeepedooo. =)

so we yssb people made friends with bedok north people at the checkpoint. that was where i got to know that they got greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat guys. =P

haha! and headed to the malaysia customs and changed to a malaysia coach. it was a very long trip to shah alam. we had toilet breaks in between. and we reached the hotel, Grand Blue Wave at about 5pm. and other bands checked in as well. bedok north, whitley, bowen.....and all the YSSB people were on level 11. woo. my roommates were ama and wani. they're okay. :]

and we had to get ready for the dinner at the grand ballroom. all students were seated randomly according to the number given by their teachers. in my table, i was the only yssb geek. hah. wnted to talk but all of them had partners from the same school. boohoo! and there was this goodlooking matrep trumpeter lah. hahaa. zzzz.

i was like, "damnit. can i go to table 32?" hahaa. cus that table got the good looking bedok north boys. gahh!! ahaha. but yeah. cute luh. dinner was fine. aha.

and went to wash up after that.

Day 2, 12 Dec.

woke up at 6.30. went to breakfast. aha. and saw the bnss guys there. lololol. pagi2 dah tgk bende best2. hah! and we had band practice. okay bahhh. -_-''

then after lunch, departed for putrajaya auditorium for the rehearsal at the actual acoustic hall. any wrong notes can be heard clearly. it was like gahhhh. -_- and we did badly at the rehearsal. maybe we were nervous. aha. and headed for dinner at this seafood restaurant. and went back to the hotel for masterclass with mr glosz. he was indeed precise and everything. the wonders of your mouthpiece. aha. playing low notes will help in your high notes. wow. should practice more low notes hehe. and the masterclass really helped, and it ended close to 11pm. haha.

had a hard time sleeping. but before turning in, me, haizair and hafiiz ordered nasi goreng at midnight from the room service. wheeeepedooo. i like. they were our neighbours lah. aha. so, slept soundly

Day 3, 13 Dec

and woke up slightly late for breakfast. cause we were rushing to get our hair done and all. aha. oh, and saw thee boys for breakfast too. :p

so went back to the room, wore the unform, stockings, heels and got my hair did. ew, i look so decent. zzzz. and off to putrajaya auditorium for the real thing. i was really nervous. well, everyone was. but it was all fine. it went smoothly though i didn't play for some pause notes cause NO AIR CAME OUT! grr. but mr tan said that it could have been better. ohwells.

so, after our peformance, we went to watch the rest of the morning session bands. whitley played loch lomond and 7th .... july. they were great! they got gold i think. aha. and this malayia band who played alvamar. coolios. aha. tho they screwed at some parts.

after that, went for lunch and saw the bnss guys!!! gaahhhh. sume dah start giler2 siol. aaaaaaah. bedok north really got good looking guys. ahah!

and then, went back to hotel and headed out again to a girls school, for a music exchg. cool. they were fantaboulous. they played lassus trombone!! and japanse grafitti 4. wow. the lassus trb was almost perfect. gahhh!! im in love with the song. haha.

and then we had sectionals, and then combine YSSB and KUAN CHING girls. perfect music. we played this pop chinese song, and also blu ridge. wow. imagine, 8 flutes, 15 clars, 10 saxes, 5 tubas, 5 euphos, 18 trumpets and 10 trombones. WOW. yeah.

so we bid goodbye to the girls. they were very humble. cute too! aha. and great at theory. aha. =p. -_-''

so, went back to the hotel and chnged to our official tee shirt. i mean. the given festival of winds shirt. and then went for the last dinner together in the grand ballroom. i was hoping to b seated with any guy from bedok north. but, no. =( was seated with people from malaysia, tampines and bowen. aaaah yeah. oh, bedok north performed for the night. they were great lah. i like. oh, the student conductor was great too.

sso blablabla brando and the susie lady gave a speech and then they announced the results! we yssb on the balcony gathered and waited for the results. first band was bowen. they got a bronze. that was when our hearts sank. we were like, ahh shit. no hope la. then brando was saying, Yishun Sec......silence......SILVER!!!!!! we were screaming like asdfghjkl;'!!!! then we roared, YISHUN! YISHUN! YISHUN!!!! aha. wow. that climax point. the moment. the everything. wow. it was just superb. and congrats to the gold bands. really goood lah. bedok north performed some nice song with a lot of like, shocking2 nye luh. aha. and this msia band played merry widows. aha. nice laar.

after that, yssb gathered and took pics. and i was really crappy that night. ahha. i mean, crappy in a stup way. aha. kecoh giler! aha. we were suppose to mingle ard with other schools. but, im too shy la. zzz. shan2 got some guys contact from bedok north! grr. jealous can? aha.

so we went back to the hotel and yeah. ran ard, lazed and all. when mrtan brought us out for supper at some shop. ate nasi goreng ikan bilis! =D and talked a lil, and went back at 1am. then bathed and all, till 2 pm. slept at like 2-3am. aha! siao. i slept first luhh. hehe.

Day 4, 14 Dec

was suppose to wake up at 6.30 to bath and go for breakfast at 7. cause there'll be review class in the morning with Mr Cheung, adjudicator. but instead we woke up at 7.30am. madness. my 2 other roomates were fuming cause their belongings were in the other rooms. -_- but i just kept my cool and took a bath and just had a slice of bread. aha. the review class was alright luhh.

then mstan and tay got us a cake to celebrate our SILVER. haha. and its cheesecake!! woo. so, me fian fadil had a chat with ms tan and tay. we spoke japanese. aha. funny lah. =)

so, had our last packing. and checked everything and all. we left the room. i was kinda sad to leave la. i hoped it lasted for a week lor. ahah. bedok north left earlier than us. boohoo. haha.

thennnn we left the hotel and headed to KL for shopping at sungai wang. i bought 3 tshirts! 2 happy tree friends and another is a graphic print shirt. also i bought diadora slippers. wheee. and and idk what else. but my money was spent mostly on food la.

i really enjoyed myself. i discovored more things. and some people just don't know when to stop. hahaha. but i hope that YSSB, will forever remain as one. im so gonna miss the graduating batch.
