bbq with the paternal side was friggin great!when we arrived, it was right after a rain. our area was wet and ew. pitched our tents and cleared the area. slowly, the other aunts and uncles arrived with food and what nots. the mothers were preparing the food and cleaned the area while we kids helped out with pitching even more tents because they were camping there overnight. which then hit me. i haven't really slept anywhere else but home. and those hotels when im overseas. i hardly attend chalets and bbq camps or so. perhaps, im not much of an outdoor person. oh well. not at the mo, i guess. there weren't much to photograph around the area. i didnt want to use eoshi to take the people there. i'd leave it in terry's hands. with eoshi, i wanted to take the sunset, waves, people fishing, sky and stuffs. but the weather was gloomy and dull through out. even the sunset wasn't magnificent enough. how disappointing but i managed a few shots. left at 1am or so. wished we could stay up overnight. i couldn't sleep in the car! prolly too full from all that junk. we had the usual bbq food. gotta cut down on all that crap together with carcinogens! though carcinogen has yet to prove that it causes cancer, it stills plays a teeny role in developing cancer. dayum. pictures soon! =D Macro extension tube.
physics was really fine. i managed to do the worksheet together with Alice and we completed it! and was right on track.so we presented at a lecture room and it was a lil scary despite just presenting to our classmates. i needa love the stage man. at home, i was refilling in the container with mixed nuts. and that was where i felt like doing a photoshoot with nuts and such. took eoshi out and started experimenting. then, looking at the almond's perferct shape and exquisite wrinkles and the fig's dewy seeds. interesting. so i then attached my cursed macro adapter and started to do some macro around the house. managed a few shots. as usual, shaky hands 4eva. it was really hard to focus man. wished i had my Sigma.  bokeh not that strong. very hard to focus! fail almond shot. aqilah's eye. letter. i luv this picture of chocolate with white icing and hundreds and thousands!Labels: eos Hello tHAIIRRR.

Gashaus, now. :/ i didnt sahur today. darn. so when i woke up in the afternoon, this was written. 1 of the 1000 ways for my brother to wake us up.today, i went to Bylands Building. so it was just opposite gaushaus. when i reached bugis, i was realllllly shocked to see a huge new, black, white, futuristic building, which is Ilumma. SHEESH. can't we have clear skies? so i walked pass gashaus and WOAH. memories were just...rushing in. wow. damn, that place. it's now a chinese entertainment centre or something. :/ bylands building is just creepy. idk how people can take the lifts there or just work there. it's pin-drop silence! gosh. collected my diffuser from artworkfoto.com and walked to cityhall. i really didn't know how to walk to cityhall from there. i passed by some abandoned buildings, old temples and such, till i saw SMU, SAM, Carlton hotel, CHIJMES and Raffles City. hahahah you can never get lost in Singapore. rushed to Ruby to get the film for the holga and rushed back to yishun for the hair cut. so i snipped about..2-3 inches of hair? woah. ahaha. seems alot. my hair looks neater now, as commented by my mom. so we broke fast at zul's house. thank you for having us. we danced abracadabra! lol. curled, cut and straightened em hair. and crapped around. so at home, me brother and mother played bowling on the tv.  lead vocalist.  uh, the bassist. hydhir's brother....no?  ris on guitar/the other vocalist hydhir on drums. uh, the fellow guitarist.TACIT ARIA tehseet aree-ah was refresh, the name of the (free) gig i went to just now? well whatever. ahhaa. so the plan today.....is to go to the Glass House (so digi) at SAMuseum to take pictures during hydhir's band, Tacit Aria performance. me and jeyd tried to make our way to the Arts Museum but...we ended up at the National Arts Museum where we bumped into Siti! the crazy, looney, bird presenter. i broke her hair band, spilled sunflower seeds. HAHA. i miss herrrr~ we were making our way to the counterdesk and she went, "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!!!" and hugged us. aww. she was like, "korang nak tgk tak, museum die? nah, i give you the tickets." AWWW. THANKS SITIIII. DIDN'T GET TO THANK YOU PROPERLY AND I MISS YOU! so, me and jeyd started our lil adventure at the museum. (i iz nort fan of museum) we were greeted by swinging red chandliers. SCARY. hahahaa. given this device which would explain to us about the particular exhibit. i was clinging onto Jeyd at the beginning because it was so dark. plus the audio. lol. jeyda was all, "ish! kalau kau datang sini dgn laki..either die tinggalkan kau atau die pon nak manje2 skali. rabak lah shid!" ahahhahaa. the museum was fun! we spent like half an hour there. left at 6 when hydhir's performance is at 5.30. T_T =================================================================== so as soon as me and jeyd rusheddd there, THEY WEREN'T ONSTAGE YET. zzz. haha. waved at familiar faces and waited for their set. was busyyy snapping shots. hahaa. high ISO; grainy pictures, dim lights; not soo sharp pics. using jeyd's zoom lens: shaky hands;no tripod. sad. boo. my pics weren't that great. tho i got a few fav shots. and im like so embarrassed lah. they freakin post my pictures at their myspace. ah. compared to their personal photographer... my pics are like so.........but that guy's a photographer, he'd understand my position. hahaa. so....Gig/Concert photography is off my list. totally, not for me. :) left SAM and bought a cake for brother. yay. got to smear tiramisu on his cheek. muahahaha. im actually hungry. that's why my entry is...totally asal boleh. results tmr. dead. goodnight. SBS's year end concert and it is jam packed with amaaazing stages. who, you ask? DBBB/BBSK! THEY'RE GNA DO A SPECIAL STAGE. and they even have a promo vid of it. (minus Dae) ah.. babyRi's saranghae and Changmin's sigh. OMG DREAMBOYZ INDEED!! YAYYY! OMG OMGOMG AT LAST... VIPZ AND CASSIS ALL OVER UNITE!! finally. on SBS Gayo Dajeun as well, WONDERBOYS WOULD BE BACK! yayyy! a comeback! i bet they're gna sing Nobody. duh. haha. also, a PIANO battle between Bae and Su! (BBSK FTW!!!) and a Dance Battle among Yunho, Taemin, Seungri, Eunhyuk and... ___ idk if thats all. but wth.           today.. i had plans. 1) attend Atika's pit at pasir ris, which my mom didn't allow to attend since i have to bring aqilah out today and pasir ris was tooooo far. 2) watch Last For One at SQ2. so yeah, i went with the latter. reached SQ2 at exactly 4PM only to be greeted by swarms of screaming fangirls and few ahjumma's taking up space, resting their fatique legs. oh yeah, did i mention that most fangrlz who filled the first few rows were mainly from BBSG, or either way most of them are faces i've seen at kpop night and at the airport. hoho. small world ey? the MC then introduced the Bboys one by one...and the bboys did their...uhm...signature style perhaps. well, i've never been a fan of these bboy group, Last For One untill i saw them performing at Vivo during the K-Fest. sad, the group which performed at Vivo weren't the same at SQ2. their moves were simply...breath taking. i was in total awe. my mouth left hanging open and forgetting to snap pictures. eoshi isn't good today. i need a lens upgrade. (in few years time) we had a not-so-good view since we were blocked by many heads and one stupid fanboard. ergh. decided to watch the next perf at 7pm. had breakfast/lunch at 5pm lol and did some lj-surfing since i brought asus out. did some junk food shopping before getting a seat(lol the last avlb seat which could fit 3 at only 6pm). camwhored, looked for DB/GRi pictures. hoho. finally, the show started. we got a better view fo'sho. sad, it ended to quick. the boys were really entertaining! they looked so happy smiling, dancing, breaking it all out. gosh. they sure plastered a big fat smile on every girl's face. aha. before the boys came onstage, there was this Wonder Girls - Nobody dance off. 2 guys. 1 aged between 6-8 and the other in his teens and also a girl came on stage as contestants. all in to win a autographed cd of....last for one videos i guess. they danced like.. WOAH. just like the Wonder Girls. the teenage malay guy (pardon me) seemed lembut, but woah. he can totally dance it better than me. gosh. haha! kudos! and the girl was incorporating some poppin' moves into the Nobody dance which.. was pretty impressive! ahah. tmr would be the last day of Last For One's performance in SQ2. then.. i believe they're gna go back to KOR and see the snow. haha. went to orchard to let aqilah see the xmas lights. and IT WAS PAAAAAAAAACKED! tsk. the lights were pretty and nothing spectacular. zzz. aqilah was amazed. ahaa. walked at Far East and met sissy. walked and walked around. eyeing so many things. settled at a corner in Wheelock and had a picnic there lulz. cheesy curlz, peppermint latte, gingerbread man, cookie, old chang kee, marshmellows. TSK? haha. bumped into Uin in the train. rindu seyyyhz. k, listening to Junho's, Jay's and Junsu's cover of Rain's I Do and also 기대 [Gidae, eh? learning hangul on yr own is difficult la] by Na Yoon Kwon. gosh. junho's voice is just....amazing. its gnna take you up in the sky. goodnight. never felt like this before

today is one of the worst days in the month. wait, its only the beginning of the month! tsk. what bad luck. sucha a bad way to start it off. ergh.1) my menses came unknowingly. very very leceh. 2) broke 3) hungry 4) have to go to alot of places 5) tired 6) stomach cramps 7) sleepy took a bus to jelita and met sister. gah. idk what i'd do without her. kamsahamnida! then took another bus to harbour front mrt and i missed about, 2 stops? tsk. and had to walk back. zzzzz. very far okay! if i missed like 3 stops, i'd prolly end up at bukit timah. zzzz. made my way to Canon SC and after everything is settled, thank god my body is fine except that my kitlens is... gone. oh well. just have to look for another kit lens at CS Forum! maybe sending the camera for some servicing once i have some $$ with me some day. i guess its high time. browsed thru the stuffs on display and i feel like getting a hand strap, miniature 5D and prolly a landyard. and also the EF lens workbook and the 400D guide. AHAHA. things i do for my eos. i should prolly give a name for my camera. haha. terry lumix is the blue cam. for the olympus... its called the silver cam. and.. my dslr would be eoshi-kun! daisuki! after walking around at Vivo, left and went to Orchard to meet up with the eBay seller since I won the weekender singfest passes. wooo. hey. so i just reached home from shooting with the guys, ron and azzy. haha. well. here we go again...met at bugis. me and azzy were late! haha. rules: be at bugis by 2 or else, LJS combo1 to go. but wth. i had to wait for azzy so he bought big gulp. we walked and walked and ended up at the chopstick. shooted. shot. shoot. self timer. i think i did pretty well today. better than yesterday, definitely. i think. i really have to find my intrest. i mean. in photography. there's many fields. like. idk to stick to one. or just, everything. i have to know my forte as well. while taking a rest. rudies came and took over the chopsticks. gosh. its like, Rudies Ave lah! it was infested. tsk. so made a move and headed to esplanade next. well, the Merlion to be exact. the platform wasnt there. pretty boring. self timed again. took pictures of parachutes. people laughing. people gossiping. people taking pictures. yeah. :) had dinner at LJS and woah. marinasq is very very good on weekends. you get to see diffrent kinds of people. haha. intresting... went to the bridge. tried to take pictures of the flyer. butttt we sat right infront of this hugeee light so. yeah. and suddenly, fireworks popped out! like daisies! haha. it was such a magnificent sight. got a few shots. :) and twas the last. pathetic. firework. gees. chill-ed on the bridge. took light shots. road shots. macam2 shots. and the wonders of a tripod. really. they do wonders. wooooo. so we packed up and wanted to head home till we saw the gorgeous, red, full moon emerging from the clouds. it was really, really pretty. i tried to take few shots with my sigma but. urgh. failed. azzy got such great shots of the moon with his 300 lah! ah. i gave up. and my battery died. what bad timing. seriously! ahhhh. had white choco frapp and walked to raffles. we should do this again sometime. nature shooting next k. :) "bo chuii! chuiii ah!!" - azzy and ron. zz what only.
